ODAS is a group of companies operating in the field of energy and mining. ODAS, which has accomplished successful projects with its agile and dynamic structure since the day it started its operations, was included in the Borsa İstanbul National 100 index within 5 years of its establishment and started to be traded in the Borsa İstanbul Stars Market 50 index, thanks to its sustainable financial management.

Incorporating Can2 Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 340 MWe in Turkey, ODAS with its knowledge, dynamic approach and strong capital structure, made its first investment in the international arena, a natural gas combined cycle power plant with a total installed capacity of 174 MWe in Uzbekistan.

In the mining field, ODAS, which has antimony, gold, silver, nickel and coal reserves, has mining field licenses and operations. Continuing its activities in this field in Turkey, the company is one of the few strategic metal producers in Europe and the Middle East.

• Odaş Enerji Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş., which is a 100% affiliate company of ODAŞ Energy Group, obtained wholesale electricity selling license from EPDK (Energy Market Regulation Board) in 2010. The company provides electricity to 18,652 eligible customer meters as of 30.09.2015. Odaş Enerji Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. has positioned its activities such that it has the client portfolio available, to whom the electricity provided within its vertical integrated structure can be sold. Therefore, it includes in its client portfolio small enterprises and residences as well as corporate clients in order to ensure maximum profitability.
• ODAŞ Energy Group has focused on domestic coal resources which have a high calorific value in order to utilize the most advantageous electricity production methods in the current market conditions. Within this scope, it purchased 92% of Çan Kömür ve İnşaat A.Ş., which has paid loyalty rights in the province of Çanakkale, district of Çan, on in September 2013. Average calories of the total reserve at the existing site is 3.481 kcal/kg and this is the highest value amongst the power plants in Turkey that produces electricity with domestic lignite. Accordingly, the investment period has been commenced for the electricity production plant with installed power of 330 MW.
• The company, 90% of which was acquired by ODAŞ Energy Group in December 2012, has the production license for Köprübaşı Regulator and Hydroelectricity Power Plant. The installed power of Köprübaşı Regulator and Hydroelectricity Power Plant is 8.2 MW and it is located in the province of Trabzon, on the Mahanoz Brook. The term of the license is 49 years as of 12.04.2012. At the current situation, the investment for the plant has been commenced on October 2015. Since the electromechanical equipment for a hydroelectricity plant of this size has been provided from a domestic company in Turkey for the first time, the guaranteed sales price shall be 9.3 $cent/KWh instead of 7.3 $cent/KWh.
• Being a 90% subsidiary of ODAŞ Energy Group, ODAŞ Doğalgaz Toptan Satış Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. provides long-term reliable natural gas to ODAŞ Natural Gas Power Plant located in Şanlıurfa and it was founded to carry the sales network the group created in the electricity sector to natural gas sector. The company obtained the Natural Gas Wholesale License Trade License from EPDK in March 2013.
• The company, 80% of which belongs to ODAŞ Energy Group, has a production license application for Hisar Regulator and Hydroelectricity Power Plant. The installed power of the plant, for which a preliminary license has been granted by the Energy Market Regulatory Board, is 9. MW and it is located in the province of Bilecik, on the Sakarya River. A "Share Transfer Agreement" has been signed to transfer all of the shares that Odaş Energy Group has in Ena Elektrik Üretim Limited Şirketi to a foreign company against approximately TRL 1 million subject to the completion of the license transactions to be made with the Energy Market Regulatory Board.
• The company, 100% of which belongs to ODAŞ Energy Group, has a production license for Volkan Hydroelectricity Power Plant located at the province of Trabzon on Balkodu Creek.
• The company, 75% of which belongs to ODAŞ Energy Group, has a mining license for the coal mine numbered IR:17517 at the province of Çanakkale, district of Bayramiç.
• The company, 70% of which belongs to ODAŞ Energy Group, has a production license for Natural Gaz Combined Cycle Power Plant in the province of Konya, district of Karatay.
• The company, 96% of which belongs to ODAŞ Energy Group, has signed a "License Transfer Agreement" to complete the explorations on the gold site located within the borders of the provinces of Kütahya and Uşak and to decide on the operation investments based on the exploration results.
• The company, 100% of which belongs to ODAŞ Energy Group, has 4 mining licenses, two for operation (gold, antimony) and two for exploration (gold, antimony) at the Murat Mountain located in the Kütahya-Uşak region.
• 3Y Project Development, Investment, Industry & Trade, Inc., has been founded with 90% participation of the ODAS Group to evaluate the technical experience of the Group in the energy industry, and develop a number of projects on the alternative renewable energy resources.
